dough (refrigerator rolls) for cinnamon rolls and cloverleaf rolls

yeast mix:

  •  2 teaspoons sugar , 1 cup warm water (100F),
  • sprinkle 2 envelope active dry yeast (2.5 teaspoon per en envelope), sitting for 10 minutes

milk mix:   stir   1.5 cups milk , 0.5 sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 0.5 cup shortening (butter) until shortening melts

mix together : yeast mix and milk mix together, add 2 eggs, 4 cups all-purpose-flour

add another 4 cups all-purpose-flour

knead the dough 10 minutes

cover tightly with 2 layers of was paper and put in refrigerator (for at least 8 hour).

allow to raise at least 2  hours (raise doubled) before using.
